Their customer service is unmatched, once I accidentally erased all the settings on my modem which caused me to loose all internet connections, I called MyNetworx customer service and got irfan on the phone he walked me through all the settings that I had to input for the modem to work again I was so greatful for his help this happened after hours so it was very nice that he took the time to get me up and running. It makes you feel good that they make sure that you are satisfied with their service. I give them five stars plus.
